This is the time of year when many residents of the Fourth Ward and surrounding communities look for opportunities to get healthy, to try new activities and to volunteer. As you begin to pull together resources focused on this topic, I would like to encourage you to learn more about the 2011 BUTLER STREET YMCA SUMMER CAMP and the revitalization plans for your Butler Street YMCA!

The Y is a place where members can create meaningful change in their lives and in their community. At the Y, we exist to strengthen community. Together, with people like you, we nurture the potential of kids, improve the nation’s health and well-being and give back and support our neighbors. Our Fall 2011 annual membership launch campaign is fast approaching. During this time visitors can tour the facility, meet the staff and become reacquainted with the rich history of The Butler Street YMCA. We need your support to launch us firmly into the future.
