Transitional Housing
The Butler Street YMCA Residence Program is for males 18 years and older. Qualified tenants must provide two forms of identification (one form of ID must include a picture). All rooms are for single use only and the facility is open 24 hours.

RESERVATIONS
Rooms are generally rented on a first come first serve basis.
RATES
The first day's rate will include a $10 key deposit and $3.00 weekly wellness facility membership. The total fee for the first day is $31.12. Each day after the first is $18.12. After 90 days of residency, the rate drops to $15.90. Check out time is at 12 p.m. everyday.
